Rental Conditions
Rental conditions
1. Deposit/payment.
When booking 25% of the rent is needed for a deposit, which is non-refundable.
The rest has to be paid 3 months before start of the holiday. In addition a bond of 100£ has to be paid for any missing or damaged items. The 100£ bond will be refunded a week after the end of the lease if everything is ok.
2. Cancellation.
Cancellation between 3 and one month before the start of the holiday 50 % of the rent will be refunded. Cancellation less than 1 month before the start of the holiday nothing will be refunded.
3. Arrival and departure times
he rental period is from Saturday to Saturday unless anything else has been agreed.
4. Keys and a map how to get there.
When the entire rent has been paid we will send a detailed plan how to get here. On arrival at Casa Karina our contact person will meet you, give you the keys and briefly show you the house.
5. Animals/smoking.
Animals not allowed. No smoking in the house.
6. Electricity and water
Are included in the rent.
7. Cleaning:
Please leave CK tidy and take the garbage to the bins.Final clean and laundry is included in the rent.
