House with swimming pool in the small village Sedella near Malaga for rent.

The house is 175 m² and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and big open livingroom/kitchen/diningroom.
The house has under floor heating and there are air conditioning units in all the bedrooms which double up as extra heaters, or provide much needed cool air in the summer.

Sleep max: 6 persons. There is a master bedroom, one suite, a double bedroom and a twin room.

There is about 100 m² covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen (sink and grill) and a swimming pool.

The house is about 10 minutes from the little village Sedella.
To the north you see La Maroma, which is one of the highest mountains in Spain (2065 m /6775 ft).
The house is secluded and private.

Rental conditions

1. Deposit/payment

In the high season, Casa Karina is only available for rent in whole weeks, from Saturday to Saturday.

Upon booking please pay 25% of the rent which is a non-refundable deposit. The rest has to be paid 3 months before the start of the holiday. In addition a bond of 130 € has to be paid for any missing or damaged items. The 130 € bond will be refunded a week after the end of the lease if everything is ok.

 

2. Cancellation

If canceled more than 3 months before the start of the lease, the deposit paid will be lost. If canceled between 3 and 1 month before the start of the lease, 50% of the entire rent will be refunded. If canceled less than 1 month before the start of the lease, nothing will be refunded.
It is recommended that you take out travel insurance, as we reserve the right to follow the rental conditions regardless of any reason for cancellation.

3. Directions to the house and the key

When the deposit has been paid we will send a detailed plan how to get here plus information where to get the key.

4. Arrival and departure times

The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday unless anything else has been agreed.

You have the house from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

5. Animals/smoking

Animals not allowed. No smoking in the house.

6. Electricity

Electricity consumption is settled separately

7. Cleaning

Please leave Casa Karina tidy and take the garbage to the bins. Final clean and laundry is included in the rent.
